What Temper Troops wanted to achieve –

As Temper Troops was undertaking a period of growth and change within their company, they wanted to create content that reflected the direction they were heading, without losing the heart and personalty of their family-owned business origins. So we wanted to create videos that balanced necessary information such as the services they provide, with the personability of their company – which we did by including several outtakes and focusing the story around a relatable client who addressed some common concerns of the average client.

The production of this project –

Because we knew we wanted to showoff the personability of Temper Troops with personality-rich interview footage, we focussed on capturing quality interviews at visually pleasing locations. This meant we could lean into primarily using interview footage, without compromising the engagement of the visuals.

The majority of this project was filmed over the course of a single day, however because these videos covered everything from provided services to customer testimonials, we did organise a pick-up shoot to capture more content of Temper Troops installers on-site, that we just didn’t have time to capture on the day.
