A boarder approach was needed to not only capture the New York inspired design of KOTO Morningside but the lifestyle of the surrounding suburb, appealing to a buyer/ owner demographic was the key objective for R&W Projects throughout this project, achieving pre-sales through marketing was essential.
Deliverables & strategy.
To reach the maximum amount of potential buyers this project was distributed across three areas, including theKOTO Morningside website, KOTO Morningside showroom and a shorter edition was distributed across social media platforms in the form of paid advertisements.
