Project brief.

Radio Rentals wanted to increase the return rate of clients through personalising their service by inviting customers to come in and see their range of new products. They wanted to show to other stores how effective this method of service was with a video case study that they could share across their Queensland stores.

Strategy.

In order to create an accurate representation of how personal their new service was, we decided to interview the store and marketing manager for testimonials on the effectiveness of the service. We also attended an in-store presentation to capture how Radio Rentals hosted and interacted with their customers.
